TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA IN THIRD COUNTRIES

Data management and storage will take place within the European Union.

In any case it is understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the faculty to move the data also in non-EU countries. In this case, the Owner from now assure that the data transfer in extra-EU countries will be in accordance with the law, subjected to prior stipulation of the standard contractual clauses foreseen by the European Commission.

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were processed or afterwards treated;
